Deceitful practice by local florentine bar

g_st=com.google.maps.preview.copy) have come across a bar in Firenze city centre that engages in deceitful practices of customers. It is a simple shop that acts as a poor and cheap looking bar, with a few poorly set tables outside. The employees there are very talkative, they ask you in a rush what you want, but never show you a menu with prices. They bring you the cheapest products in the cheapest cups and set up so you never suspect it’s an expensive service. At the end when you go to pay, they ask for a lot more than the market price (I paid 15 euros for a glass of beer and 3 euros for a few grams of chips) and when you protest they show you the menu (where the 1 in front of the 5 is deliberately smaller). Many customers have had the same problem. Is there anything than can be done against them? A complaint with the consumer protection authority of Italy?

yes, the first thing to do is a complaint to AGCM: https://www.agcm.it/servizi/segnala-on-line
Above all, you should check that the price list is hanging somewhere visible inside and outside the bar, as the law demands. If they don't show the prices, you could also file a complaint with the Polizia Municipale (city police), which could fine the bar.
