data portability ex art 20 gdpr

Buongiorno,
ho una subscription con il servizio Mindmeister.com, che vorrei chiudere tra qualche mese. Prima di chiuderlo vorrei ovviamente farmi consegnare i documenti (alcune centinaia) che ho gestito in questi anni, per poterli continuare a gestire con altri software.
Ho verificato che Mindmeister ha un servizio di esportazione verso un formato compatibile con altri software (.mm).
Alla richiesta mi è stato risposto che posso esportarli tramite una certa funzione, un documento alla volta. Se io voglio esportare tutti i documenti assieme (e ovviamente questo è il mio caso) devo comprare la versione PRO, che ha un costo decisamente superiore.
Ora, visto che l'art.20 GDPR riporta il seguente articolo 20:
"1. The data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided, where:
(a) the processing is based on consent pursuant to point (a) of Article 6(1) or point (a) of Article 9(2) or on a contract pursuant to point (b) of Article 6(1); and
(b) the processing is carried out by automated means."
E' possibile per me far valere il suddetto art.20 GDPR e richiedere che il provider mi fornisca, senza aggravio di costi, l'intero archivio dei documenti nel formato prescelto?
