I am an Israeli citizen and visited Italy earlier this month as a tourist.
One of the hotels I stayed in Amalfi area made illegal use of my credit card 4 days after I checked out. Please let me know how can I send a formal complaint with relevant documents. Thank you.

first, you should send a letter to the hotel by registered mail. In this letter, you should describe the facts and request the restitution of the money they took withing 15 days, warning that otherwise you will have to go to court.
