Sebbene la licenza di Cipro sia regolare, proprio il fatto che si tratta di licenza di Cipro è un'enorme campanello d'allarme perché in quel paese in pratica non esiste vigilanza. Di conseguenza, in caso di perdite o problemi con le operazioni effettuate, un tentativo di recupero sarebbe difficilissimo.
