My name is Hans Kwint, and I'm a an amateur journalist for the Linux / free software website LXer.com.
Today I started writing a complaint about pre-installed Windows to send to the EC, when I noticed the Aduc already did so:

My question is: Did the EC reply? What was their reply?
I'd be happy to know the status of the current complaint.
