Subject: Could you help me please sending a complaint to trenitalia?
Hello,
I would like to formulate a complaint against trenitalia for bad/poor service.
The following mail I've tried to send to TrenItalia several times, but no success, I'm not able to locate a correct email address. "Dear Madam/Sir,
n the 21st of august 2001, we took the 20:30 Eurostar (9454) train from Roma Termini to Chiusi-Chianciano T. The train was late and was only able to leave the station at 20:45 and arrived in Chiusi at about 22:30. More then one hour late in regards to the time table. Information in the station told us that we were entitled to a refund of 50 % of our ticket value if the train arrived more then 25 minutes late, unfortunately in Chiusi no official representant of TrenItalia was available to clear this situation out. As I am back home from holiday I would like to state my complaint with TrenItalia, in order to receive a refund of 50% on our trainfare. Could you please let me know how to procede please?
