Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is George and I am writing you from Italy, city of Avezzano, upon a matter that regards electronic commerce with a company located in France, with whom I find myself unable to receive an order I paid for with credit card.
The name of the company is Pixmania, group Fotovista, located in France, www.pixmania.com

I live in Italy and I ordered an electronic product from their website in Italian. The promotion said that all products ordered and paid before 20/12/2007 will be delivered before Christmas.
The payment details are:
- order no. CCL072692995, worth 294,90 euro, vat included, and express shipping with delivery within 48 hours worth 13,25 euro, payment via Paypal, Credit Card.
- date and time of payment: 19/12/2007, time 16.21
(any other documents or receipts in electronic format are available to prove the above mentioned)
Although I was assured that choosing a Credit Card payment and express shipping, as posted on their website, will guarantee the delivery of the product ordered within 48 hoours, here I am over 8 days after and over 72 working hours without receiving the order I paid for.
I wrote several emails to the company and filled out several forms requesting information and asked to be contacted to clear this issue, but no solid answer arrived.
The product tracking form on their website indicates that my product, already paid for at 100% 8 days ago (over 72 working hours), was not even handled to the shipping company, therefore it has not even left their headquarters in France.
I can provide you, or any other organisation able to assist me with resolving this consumer right problem, with all the details necessary to prove the violation of my rights.
Please advise as to the respect of my European citizen consumer rights.

invitandola, per la prossima volta, a scriverci in lingua italiana perche' noi pubblichiamo tutte le lettere sul nostro sito Internet in modo che possano aiutare tutti coloro che leggano, le ricordiamo che non esiste, allo stato, una legislazione europea sui diritti dei consumatori che possa essere fatta valere in termini impositivi, ma solo come riferimento. Comunque la rivendicazione del rispetto degli accordi e degli impegni non mantenuti, la puo' fare tramite una raccomandata A/R di messa in mora:
