Señores Somos una agencia de viajes de Chile, que compramos pasajes en Volare y cunado los pasajeros se presentaron no encontraron vuelo por la quiebra de la empresa. Durante todo este tiempo hemos tratado de contactarnos con alguien que responda. Como no hablamos italiano es un ?problema. No podemos bajar ningun formulario de la pagina volare por que nos solicita una clave. Rogamos ayudarnos para poder responder a los pasajeros.
Sir we are a Travel Agency in Chile facing the problem of air tikets with Volare airlines which were not used by our passenger because of the crisis condition of the company. We do not have any other way to get more information in how proceed. We have tried to download the form to claim money from the internet page but it ask us for a password which we do not have. We thank for your help.

You don't need to use a password to download the form to claim money from our site. You can follow the instructions in this document clicca qui.
You have two possibilities: the first is send a letter to formalize their not-fulfilment of the contrat (later, hoping that the economic situation of the society will improve, you can take a legal action in Italy); the second is the iscriction at the court to the list of creditor (in case of bankrupt of the society).
