Salve volevo chiedere una precisazione: vorrei sapere se per portare in contenzioso la compagnia aerea Skyeurope è sufficiente recarsi presso il tribunale presso il quale si domicilia oppure se ci si deve recare presso quello della sede legale della ditta? In merito a questo ho trovato sulle condizioni di viaggio la seguente dicitura:
"17.3 In case of discrepancies between the Conditions of Carriage made in the language of the country in which the Carrier has its seat (Slovak Republic) and Conditions of Carriage prepared in other language, the Conditions of Carriage prepared in the language of the country in which the Carrier has its seat shall prevail.
17.4 In case of disputes arising out of or in connection with the air carriage performed by the Carrier, the respective courts of the country in which the Carrier has its seat (the Slovak Republic) are competent to hear and decide the case"

questo lo dicono loro, ma la legge italiana, per cittadini che agiscono come consumatori e non ditte, stabilisce che la sede del tribunale sia quella del domicilio del consumatore.
