To everyone who visits Cappadocia and Turkey:
We want to prevent them from buying carpets at Santez Hali (Avanos). We bought a particular carpet, we paid 800 Euros and it was sent to Spain, but not the one we bought. It was a cheaper carpet and a different design. After claiming the company and various official organizations, such as the Turkish Embassy in Spain, we have not received a response, so it is recommended not to buy from this company.
